Under privacy regulations such as the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data from Fristream at any time.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, streams, recordings, chat messages, analytics, and all associated data from our servers. This action is irreversible.
Go to your Profile page
Navigate to the Profile page from the sidebar.
Scroll to "Account Management"
Find the Account Management section at the bottom of the profile page.
Click "Delete"
Click the Delete button in the red "Delete Account" section.
Confirm deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm to permanently delete your account and all data.
Once you confirm deletion, your account is processed immediately. Most data is removed instantly, though some records may take up to 30 days to be fully purged from backup systems.
If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and you will not be charged again. Pending payouts will still be processed to your linked payment method.
